Purchasing Steps
Download the Image2Punch trial version (i.e. Pro or Lite)
With the trial version, you can only save up to 2000 Tool Hits for the perforated pattern design in DXF file format. In addition, the Trial Version can only be used within 14 days after the first execution. This means that you can only save your perforated pattern design in DXF file format within 14 days.
Install Image2Punch trial version (i.e. Pro or Lite) on the Personal Computer (PC) where you would like an authorization licence key issued for
This is important as the key will be unique to that PC. In other words, the Machine Code will be unique from one PC to another and the authorization licence key depends on the Machine Code you will supply to us.
Run Image2Punch trial version (i.e. Pro or Lite)
In this 14 days trial period, you may examine the software in order to confirm whether image2punch will suit for your perforated metal project.
Click the “Buy Now” button to purchase a licence key
To purchase a licence key, you need to click the "Buy Now" button on www.image2punch.com, which has been specifically create for Pro and Lite series. When you click the "Buy Now" button, it will be directed to our third party payment processor (i.e. Plimus). Fill in the form and check all the information is correct before submitting
Email us the Machine Code soon after the payment procedure is finalized
To get the Machine Code, run Image2Punch and then click “Licencing” menu item on “Help” menu (see the illustration below). Then you can email to order@image2punch.com
The machine code is in the format of XXXX-XXXX, for example my PC's machine code is 1AC8-587C.
We send the temporary licence key to you by email
The temporary licence key will be sent to you by email within 1-2 business days after the payment is verified and cleared, and after receiving the Machine Code from your PC where the software is installed.
When you have the temporary licence key, you need to type ( or click-and-paste ) it into the Licencing dialog box together with your name and the company name/ your location by clicking the Licencing menu item on the Help menu.
Once the Name, Company / Location and the licence key are typed, you need to click the Activate button to activate the key so you can fully use the software.
The temporary licence key will be valid for 45 days after the key is registered on the software
Installing retail version of Image2Punch (i.e. Pro or Lite)
When we send you the temporary licence key, we also give you a link to download the retail version of Image2Punch (i.e. Pro or Lite) and you need to install this version in the same PC where you have installed the trial version of Image2Punch.
We send the permanent licence key to you by email
The permanent licence key will be emailed to you on the 31 days after the payment is verified and cleared. The permanent licence key will enable you to use Image2Punch Pro or Lite without any time restriction. To activate the permanent licence key, you are required to input all the data and the key into Licencing dialog box in the same way you activate the temporary licence key.
