You can resize or scale the image by clicking the image size menu item on the Image menu on the Menu toolbar. When you click this menu item, a dialog box opens to let you define the new size of your image. Scaling or resizing, may be done either proportionally or with distorted scaling where the image document is scaled without reflecting the size ratio.
The new dimension or size can be measured either by percentages or pixels.
