10. Programming and manufacture the perforated panel
This step is to create the panel according to each panel component which has been numbered in step 8. In order to give smooth production processes, there are some useful tips;
- All the punch tools need to be sharpened to reduce “bowing effect“ after punch press
- Use the best minimum die for each tool to reduce the “bowing effect” after punch
- Punch the smallest holes first and the largest hole last
